Poetry + Music Event
(For a small live audience in the garden and for a wider audience on Zoom)
Historic Joy Kogawa House is bringing you Fun in the Sun, a socially distanced way to support musicians and poets who have not been able to perform for a while. As a small way to bring them back, please join us in person or online. This music and poetry event will be hosted live with an audience of fewer than 10 people as well as on Zoom.
When: Saturday, August 8, from 4 to 5:30 pm
Who: Cam Wilson, fiddle and vocals, and Andy Hillhouse, guitar and vocals, formerly of Mad Pudding Celtic funk band playing gypsy jazz. With poet Jonina Kirton, who may even write a new COVID poem to share.
Admission: Admission is by donation (no one turned away).
